Donika Pentcheva Submitted an Amicus Brief to the United States Supreme Court on Behalf of the American Bar Association

Donika Pentcheva represented the American Bar Association in an Amicus Brief filed with the United States Supreme Court in a case involving patent latches. The case is titled: “SCA Hygiene Products Aktiebolag v. First Quality Baby Products, LLC.” The case held that laches cannot be invoked as a defense against a claim for damages brought within the six-year limitations period of Section 286 of the Patent Act.
