The American Intellectual Property Law Association’s 2018 Model Patent Rules Have Been Released

The American Intellectual Property Law Association (AIPLA) released a set of newly-developed Model Patent Rules.  The Model Patent Rules attempt to reach consensus on best practices in patent litigation based on recent case law and are not biased in favor of either the patent owner or the accused infringer.  Donika contributed to drafting the 2018 Model Patent Rules.
