In celebration of Donika Pentcheva’s recently-granted authorization by the State Bar of Texas, an agency of the judiciary under the administrative control of the Supreme Court of Texas, to practice law in the State of Texas, Donika Pentcheva has partnered up with BiC® Corporation, which “began simply – with a vision and a pen” and currently produces high-quality pens and highlighters, to produce a custom-designed highlighter for Donika Pentcheva.  (Pun intended.)
